Do you have a physical shop?
No. We are a home-based online business

How many days/weeks in advance would I need to place my order?
For standard cakes, it would be best to place your order 2-5 days in advance

For customised cakes, at least 1-2 weeks in advance

We will drop you a text to confirm the order and delivery date

Do you provide delivery services?
Yes. Depending on location, there will be a flat fee of SGD15 for islandwide delivery per location.

Additional delivery charges apply to additional locations to be billed separately for more than one location

Additional surcharge will apply to delivery in these special zones:

Special Zones - Tuas, Lim Chu Kang, Changi Airport, Sentosa - +SGD15

Am I able to opt for self-collection?
Yes. Self-collection will be from Yishun, Canberra / Holland

How do I secure my order ?
Full payment is required for order confirmation

For customised and bulk orders, we require 50% deposit and remaining 50% to be paid in cash or via instant transfer upon collection/delivery of items

Do you provide receipts?
Yes, upon request

How long do your cakes last?
With no added preservatives our cakes can last up to 2-3 days in the refrigerator. They should minimally be kept in a cool space during transit to your recipient

Are you halal certified/which cakes are Muslim friendly?
We are not halal certified, but cakes do not contain alcohol flavours nor gelatin unless otherwise stated
